Alex was really helpful and very quickly diagnosed the cause of my injury, and gave me some great exercises to solve it.

I saw Alex for some physiotherapy on my upper back issue, I was in a lot of pain. Alex was fantastic, he gave me a massage & exercises then did a programme online for some exercises to do at home, after a week or so the pain has gone completely. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys. They listen - they actually listen and explain and then adapt to what is needed for the specific injury and for what the individual needs. In my case a recurring ankle injury which prompted me to get some advice for strengthening so that I can continue to play Badminton. Alex tailored the program so that the exercises not only solved the ankle problem but stabilised from hips downwards to reduce the risk of another injury. I am now fully confident that I can trust my ankle to be strong and stable in any situation - RESULT!

Excellent service. Initial issue resolved with exercise plan followed by a general health plan. Would not hesitate to return should I need a physiotherapist in the future.

Not only did they see me in an emergency, but continued to work with me until things had improved hugely. Tom’s attention to detail is faultless. He will do everything in his power to diagnose, help and support you.
