Personal Training and Coaching

As well our physiotherapy rehabilitation services, we also offer personal training sessions on a one to one and group basis to help you improve your general health and fitness, sports performance as well as focus on prerehabilitation which can help to prevent the incidence of future injuries occurring. These sessions are individually tailored towards your specific needs and goals and can include strength, mobility, balance and power based exercises, as well as education surrounding your body and nutritional requirements.

Sport Specific Training

At Limitless Physiotherapy & Performance our personal trainers have experience working with both recreational and elite athletes from a variety of sports for rehabilitative and performance purposes. Whether you have suffered a sporting injury or simply want to improve your sporting abilities, our personal trainers use strength and conditioning principles to apply their sports science knowledge and ensure you reach your full potential.

What equipment do we have?

Despite offering a mobile service, we have a large variety of available equipment to use and bring to you in our one to one exercise sessions, including:

Kettlebells (3kg, 5kg, 8kg, 12kg and 16kg)

Dumbbells (1kg, 2.5kg and 4.5kg pairs)

Resistance Bands (various strength levels)

Medicine/Slam Ball (8kg)

Floor Mats

Sliding Discs


Agility Ladder

Boxing Gloves and Pads

Yoga Blocks




If you do not have any equipment available for your home-exercise sessions when our physiotherapist isn’t present, we can advise you on household items which can be used as an alternative to allow you to get the most out of your home workouts.

We also don't need much room to do your home one to one exercise sessions. They can be very effective utilising a small room in the home or in the garden if you preferred.
